Terms of service

Some items on our site are already made and available for purchase, Other items are made to order. Most smaller made to order items take around a week to three weeks where as custom pieces may take 6- 12 weeks. Artwork time frame is dependent on your selected artwork and the materials/ time needed to execute your desired selection. Once your piece has been completed, your item will be promptly shipped to you or you will receive an email to arrange for pickup. Local Pickup is available as porch pickup only. Please respect the privacy of my family and property when picking up purchased items. Smaller items will be placed in the pink pickup box at your scheduled time or an appointment will be set to pick up larger pieces from the studio. 

 

Custom Orders:

All custom order purchases must be paid in full with all materials present before work will begin. Some manufacturers take longer than others when ordering materials for custom work. Typically custom orders are 6- 12 weeks out at a minimum unless more/less time is needed. Invoices will be emailed to you and payment is due upon receipt.
